At Benoa, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

Return Process

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
